A Busy Day At Work and An Evening in Town

Things have picked up at work. The afternoon today was extremely busy. Once classes let out, everyone and their mother showed up at the office. Whether they were signing up for the Heidelberg excursion, paying for their security deposit and rent, etc., they all showed up at the same time.

This was a great chance for me to prove that I can handle myself in a stressful situation. I calmly went from one person to the next, directing them to whoever could help them, and helping them if I could!

My day continued with a trip to the city center with Tammi to look for a pair of brown boots for me and a dirndl for her! I found the shoes, but the search for a dirndl for Tammi continues. We are both getting really excited for the Stuttgart beer festival at the beginning of October.

Once we exited the Mueller Gallerie after picking up some shampoo and conditioner, it was pouring outside. Despite both of us having a rain jacket and an umbrella, we still got soaked on our way home.

Dinner was a quiet affair, and I didn't do too much this evening. After my weekend, it was nice having a relaxing night.
